12 injured in serial accident on Mysuru-Bengaluru highway

Srirangapatna:  In an early morning incident, twelve persons sustained injuries, three of them seriously, in a serial accident that took place on Mysuru-Bengaluru highway passing through the town.

The accident involving four vehicles — a lorry, a mini bus, a goods canter and a motorcycle — took place near the Fire Brigade in the outskirts of the town.

While the injured were shifted to a local hospital, the seriously injured were rushed to K.R. Hospital in Mysuru where they are said to be out of danger.

Srirangapatna Police have registered a case in this regard.
