Bengaluru: Actors Prajwal Devaraj and Akshata Pandavapura bagged the top honours in Karnataka State Film Awards announced for the year 2020 by the State Government here yesterday.

While Prajwal Devaraj bagged the Best Actor award for his role in the movie ‘Gentleman,’ Akshata Pandavapura was declared as Best Actress for her character in the movie ‘Pinki Elli?”.

The movie ‘Pinki Elli,’ directed by Prithvi Konanur, was also declared as the Best Film .

Meanwhile, the movie ‘Hoovina Haara,’ directed by Mysuru-based Siddegowda, received the Best Dialogue award for the year 2020.
