Moiddin Haji, PWD (Public Works Department) Contractor, passed away yesterday. A native of Kerala, he leaves behind his wife, children and a host of relatives and friends. Haji had undertaken major works of Kabini Dam and Varuna Canals in 1980s besides undertaking various quality works in the State for over 40 years, according to sources.
