Temporary license to sell crackers

Applications have been invited to obtain temporary license to sell crackers during Deepavali-2022. In a press release issued by the DC’s office, it is said that applicants can get the IE-5 form from the DC’s office and respective Taluk Offices and submit the filled-in forms with photograph before Oct. 18.

Backward Classes Welfare Department has invited proposals from private building owners for letting out their buildings on rental basis for running Post Metric Girls Hostel at Mysuru. The building should accommodate at least 140 students, should have all civic amenities, good ventilation and other infrastructure. It should have 15 toilets and bathroom facilities. Mysuru, Sept. 19- Nagamma (75), wife of senior theatre artiste late Siddaramaiah and a resident of Siddalingapura, passed away yesterday at the village. She leaves behind four sons, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the family’s farm land in Siddalingapura today, according to family sources.
