The 27th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was observed at the City Congress Office near City Railway Station here this morning by offering floral tributes to the portrait of the late PM. City Congress President R. Murthy, District Congress President Dr. B.J. Vijaykumar, former MP C.H. Vijayashankar and other Congress leaders were present.
