Balkishan tied with 6 points from 7 rounds, but the former’s better progressive tie-break score of 26.50 to the latter’s 25.50, enabled Darshan to win the Open title in the 2nd Elite Open Chess Tournament held at Sri Shivashakthi Kalyana Mantapa in city yesterday.
