300 KSRTC buses to MM Hills

Mysuru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will operate 300 buses from Mysuru to Male Mahadeshwara Hills (MM Hills) for this Deepavali.

The service has already commenced and will continue until Nov. 5 (Tuesday), said Mysuru KSRTC Divisional Controller Srinivas. This special service is designed to transport devotees to MM Hills, a revered site where a Deepavali Jathra is held every year. In addition to the 300 buses, 70 extra buses will service areas around Mysuru, including Hunsur, Kushalnagar, Madikeri and Mandya.

The KSRTC has also deployed 70 additional buses from Mysuru to Bengaluru and 20 buses for the darshan of Hasanamba Devi in Hassan. All additional buses  will operate until Nov. 5, Srinivas confirmed.
