Mysuru: A five-day free repair of hearing aids camp organised by Department of Electronics, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), began at its campus  here today. The camp will held till Nov. 30 from 9.30 am to 4 pm.

People with hearing aids can walk in and get their hearing aid serviced and repaired free of cost. The replacement of spares would also be done free of cost.

On the first day, hundreds of individuals including aged, women and children arrived from the districts of Mysuru, Mandya, Kodagu and other places of the city to get their hearing aids serviced and repaired.  

AIISH Director  Dr. M. Pushpavathi inaugurated the camp and received hearing aids from special schools for free repair.
