57th National Roller Skating Championship 2019: City’s Varsha wins Gold

Mysuru’s Doctor Varsha S. Puranik, a product of Rao’s Roller Skating Academy, Mysuru, representing Karnataka and taking part in the 57th National Roller Skating Championship-2019, being held at Visakhapatnam, won the gold medal in the 15-km road race elimination for women on Thursday. This is her 57th gold medal in the National championships in the Senior women’s category.

Dr. Varsha trains under Ekalavya Award winner and former Indian team coach K. Srikantha Rao in Mysuru.
