65 meritorious students felicitated by Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana

Lifetime Achievement Award conferred on Lalitkumar Kothari

Mysore/Mysuru: Under the auspices of Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana, Mysuru, Pratibha Puraskar-2025 programme was organised yesterday at Green Heritage Hotel, where meritorious students of the Jain community were felicitated.

In the year 2025, students who secured more than 85% marks in their examinations, as well as emerging young talents in fields such as professorship, law, and karate, were honoured.

Also, 78-year-old Lalitkumar Kothari, dedicated to compassion for living beings (Jeevdaya) and human service, was awarded the prestigious ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ on this occasion.

Chandrabai Sanjaykumar, Navinkumar Shrimali, Anilkumar and Ketankumar Ganna were also feted for their generous contributions and services.

Chapter  President Rajan Baghmar welcomed. Ashok Burad presented the Navkar Mahamantra and Mangalacharan.

 Outgoing President Praveen Lunkad introduced Lalitkumar Kothari while Vice-President Kushal Parlecha introduced Chandrabai Shrimali and Vice-President Nemichand Badola introduced Anil and Ketankumar Ganna.

General Secretary Deepak Bohra shared details of the programme and conducted the proceedings while Secretary Rajendra Desaral proposed the vote of thanks.

Treasurer Manohar Sankala, Ladies Wing Vice-President Santosh Salecha, Ladies Wing Secretary Seema Bohra and Youth Wing President Koushik Jain conducted the programme.

Past  President Vimal Pitaliya, past  Secretary Nisha Jain, Regional President Sukhraj Vinayakiya, Secretary Sunil Patwa, Navaratanmal Pitaliya, other office-bearers, along with Ladies Wing and Youth Wing members attended.
