Mysore/Mysuru: The SDM Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD), Mysuru, will host the 7th International Marketing Conference “Technology and Transformation in Marketing: Advancing Purpose, Performance and Personalisation for Impact,” on Jan. 23 at SDM-IMD Auditorium in Siddarthanagar at 10 am.
This conference aims to explore the evolving role of marketing in an era marked by rapid technological change, innovation and ever-changing customer expectations. It will provide a vibrant platform for scholars, industry leaders, academicians, researchers and practitioners to deliberate on how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation and immersive media are reshaping modern marketing.
The conference will be organised under the leadership of the Institute Director (Lt. Col.) Dr. S.N. Prasad.
The inaugural session will be addressed by Dr. Mohammed Minhaj, Dean, Academics and will include keynote addresses by Ashwini Thammaiah, Country Head & Board Member, Isocrates Inc. MADTECH. AI Inc. and Chayan Gupta, National Head, Bancassurance, Aviva India.
A special technical session on “Performance Marketing” will be delivered by Pawan Kumar Rastogi, Head, Ecommerce, TTK Prestige India, highlighting the practical challenges and opportunities in high-involvement categories.
The valedictory session will be attended by Gagan Ranka, Vice-President, Head for RoK & Goa, HDFC Bank Ltd., also the Chapter Chair of YI Mysuru, who will share his perspectives on the future of marketing leadership in a technology-driven environment.
