Mysuru, Apr.26 – The University of Mysore has called for applications from eligible Muslim students to apply for G.R. Amir Jan scholarships to be distributed for the year 2017-18.

The applications must be sent through the Principals of the respective Colleges before May 11. If the students, who had got the scholarship earlier are eligible, then the Principals who recommend them must send the details of the progress they have made, their conduct and their attendance.

Students who have scored a minimum of 60 per cent and above are only eligible to apply. The Xerox copies of the marks card and related certificates attested by a Gazetted Officer must be sent.

Incomplete applications and those sent after May 11, will not be recognised, according to a press release from the Deputy Registrar (General), UoM.
