H.R. Mallappa, a resident of Siddarthanagar, passed away yesterday afternoon in city.

He leaves behind his wife, six daughters, two sons and a host of relatives and friends.

Mallappa had served as an Assistant Labour Officer at K.R. Mills and was also the Founder of Subramanya and Anjaneya Swamy Temples in Doddaballapur.

Last rites were performed at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds in Vidyaranyapuram here today afternoon, according to family sources.
