Vice- President’s XI gained the vital first innings lead and with that the first innings points in the drawn two-day KSCA Inter-Zonal U-16 Tournament encounter against Mysuru Zone at the Green Sports Village Grounds yesterday.

Sishir 4 for 22) & 102 for 5 in 36 overs (Pavan Bharadwaj 30, A. Abhay Rangan 29, Aneeshwar Gautam 3 for 20, H.R. Sishir 2 for 20) drew with Vice-President’s XI: 321 in 81.3 overs (Ninad Parameshwar 81, Aneeshwar Gautam 79, H.R. Sishir 40, Anirudh S. Srinivas 26, Anirudh Narendranath 20, V. Bhuvan Kumar 4 for 42, Hridhay A. Singhvi 4 for 57); Vice-President’s XI: 3 points and Mysuru Zone: 1 point.
