Renewal of animal adoption at Zoo

Mysuru – The adoption of a Baby Giraffe and a Sarus Crane of Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens has been renewed  by Kanika Rana of Bengaluru, under the Animal Adoption Scheme for a period of one year from 1.4.2017 to 31.3.2018 by making a payment of Rs.57,500.

Animal adoption:  The following persons have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo by paying the adoption fee: Vamana Datt – Hassan: Common Peafowl & Cockatiel (Rs. 4,500); Nagarjunah Subhasini Nagesh – UK: White Peacock (Rs.3,500);  Maheshwaran Calavai – Bengaluru: Ring Tailed Lemur (Rs.5,000); Raghavendra P.Nandaragi – Gadag): Love Bird (Rs.1,000);  Santram B. Nimbalkar- Bengaluru: Indian Cobra (Rs.2,000), according to press release from the Zoo Director.
