Mysuru: The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Physics to L.M. Munirathnamma for her thesis “Studies on Fibre Reinforced Polymer Composites for Biomedical Applications by Positron Annihilation Lifetime Spectroscopy” submitted under the guidance of Dr. H.B. Ravikumar.

G. Roopa has been awarded Ph.D in Bio-technology by UoM for her thesis “Isolation and Characterization of Bioactive Compounds from Endophytes of Salacia Species” under the guidance of Dr. N. Geetha.

Syeda Ishrath Fathima has been awarded Ph.D in Urdu by UoM for her thesis “Kalam-E-Iqbal Urdu Ki Alif Ba E Tarteeb O Wazahati Ishariya Talmihath, Shakhsiyath Aur Mouqamath Ke Hawale Se” [Guide: Dr. S. Masood Siraj].

Suresh has been awarded Ph.D in Ancient History and Archaeology by UoM for his thesis “Mysuru Jilleya Hoysalara Kalada Devalayagala Kale Mathu Vasthu Shilpa — Ondu Vivaranathmaka Adhyayana” under the guidance of Dr. G. Kariyappa, according to a press release.
