Mysuru: The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition to S.N. Prabhavathi for her thesis titled ‘Studies on Flavour Potentiating Effect of Monosodium Glutamate with Special Reference to Synergism Between Spices and Salt in Different Food Matrices’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Jamuna Prakash.

Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, has awarded Ph.D in Computer Science to B. Smitha Shekar for her thesis titled ‘Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks for Modeling, Simulation and Analysis of Communication in Hetnet Scenario’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. S.K. Yadav and Dr. Siddaraju.
