Impeccable implementation of the laws in Israel, zero-garbage open spaces including roads in Singapore, people’s innate desire to drill like the armed forces in Germany of not too long past and such models reflecting adherence to discipline as national character of respective countries have been talked about in the circles of literati in our land. Portraying India and its masses, barring a minuscule section in the population, cannot be sidelined as a total contrast compared to the aforementioned nations. The term discipline (in public spaces) doesn’t seem to be in the dictionary of most Indians. All action in the country stands vitiated in this dispensation.
