Sir,

The metal barricades fixed on Hunsur Road, near the junction of Hunsur Road – Gokulam Road is not serving any purpose. 

The barricades are far away from  the junction and hence the vehicles slow down much before the junction. When the vehicles approach  the junction, because of the space available before the junction, most of the motorists accelerate making it difficult  for the vehicles coming from Gokulam Road to take a right turn to enter Hunsur road.

I fail to comprehend how the Traffic Police can be so casual in their approach in attending to a  small job like fixing barricades to act as speed-breakers. Because of wrongly placed barricades, the seldom available Traffic Police who have  ignored the issue, have to regulate the traffic. 

Barricades should act as  speed-breakers and need to be rightly placed  on the roads, to help the motorists.
