K. Jayaprakash Rao,  Zonal Chairman, Public Relations Council of India, International Trainer, freelance journalist and Kannada author, will be representing Indian delegation of PR professionals during the inaugural ceremony of a chapter which is followed by panel discussions on Asian Media Relations  at Kathmandu, Nepal on Sept. 7.  A veteran  PR  man who served as Regional PR Officer of DRDO, New Delhi, presently he is a motivational speaker and  guest faculty at Police Training Academy in Mysuru and is a resident of J.P.
