Department of Posts, Karnataka, Dakshina Kannada Philatelists and Numismatists Association and Karnataka Philatelic Society together have organised Karnapex – 2019, a philately expo at Dr. TMA Pai International Convention Centre, Mangaluru from Oct.12 to 15.
