Mysuru: Marking the 10th anniversary of Basava Dhyana Mandira Mutt, a function is organised on Nov. 24 at 10 am at its premises in Rammanahalli here which would have an all religion conference, a health check-up camp and felicitation to achievers.

The achievers in yoga V. Seshadri, B. Shantaram, Dr. C. Ramesh Shetty, Dr. B.P. Murthy, Dr. P.R. Vishwanath Shetty, N. Anantha, Dr. Balasundar Srinath and S. Prabhu Shankar would be presented with ‘Basava Bhavaikya’ awards tomorrow.

Suyog Hospital Head Dr. S.P. Yoganna will inaugurate the programme. Sri Elai Alwar Swamiji and entrepreneur M.N. Doreswamy will be the chief guests, according to a press release.

NVS to present awards

NVS Creations as part of its 4th anniversary has organised a programme on Nov.24 at 12.30 pm at Sarada Vilas Centenary Hall in Krishnamurthypuram here. ‘Balarathna’ awards will be presented to Apeksha, J. Kushi, Maheshwari Das and Mohan while Senior Social Activist award will be presented to G. Gayatri.
