Marking poet laureate Kuvempu’s 116th birth anniversary, the city’s Kuvempu Vidyavardhaka Trust will be conducting Smt. Savitramma Dejagow Sri Ramayana Darshanam Gamaka, Gamaki Venkatasubbaiah Kumaravyasa Bharata Gamaka and Sri Kuvempu Geethagayana contests, at Sri Kuvempu Vidyavardhaka Trust premises in Jayalakshmipuram at 10.30 am on Dec.28. There will be three prizes in each of the three contests.

Also, a Science Quiz competition (Bavar-Prasad Endowment Science Quiz Contest) will be held for High School and PU students at 10.30 am on Dec.28 at the same venue.
