One can see a couple of fountains springing on Chamaraja Double Road of late. Many dignitaries frequently pass through this road but they don’t seem to have taken note of this. Hence this letter. One can witness this scene between 7 am and 10 am.

These fountains erupting from the manholes emanate foul smell in the area during that time, thanks to our City Corporation that has recently taken up unwanted and unscientific footpath works.

On behalf of the residents and tax-paying citizens, I request the MCC to plug this overflow of sewage water.
