Ambedkar’s 63rd Parinirvan Diwas, City’s Jana Chaithanya Foundation, in association with Jai Bhuvaneshwari Seva Trust, will be conducting a seminar on the topic ‘Indian Constitution-Current Challenges and the Responsibilities of Citizens’ at Maneyangala, Kalamandira on Hunsur Road in city at 4.30pm tomorrow (Dec.28).
