Chennai AITA Men’s Tennis Tourney: Vasisht enters semi-finals

Mysuru lad Vasisht Cheruku, representing Karnataka and taking part in 1 lakh prize money AITA men’s tennis being held at Krishnan Tennis Centre, Chennai, won his quarter-finals men’s singles match and progressed into semi-finals on Thursday. In the quarter-finals, Vasisht beat Bharat Nishok Kumar of Tamil Nadu 6-2, 2-0 to move ahead.
