Sir,
It is becoming common these days, three adults, mostly head-long youngsters, triple riding two-wheelers (scooters and bikes), which is not only a violation of traffic rules but also an invitation to accidents.
A scooter or bike is designed to carry two persons only and any extra load it is made to haul may result in loss of balance and breakdown any moment, any time and any place on the roads causing severe injuries to the riders, even fatal sometimes. Unless this tendency is immediately checked by the authorities concerned by imposing heavy fines and punishment to the offenders, lest it is taken for granted. As every rule has an exception, one or two kids may be allowed to accompany their parents on a two-wheeler, by suitably framing the traffic rules.
After all, law is different and human experience is different, which are two parallel lines which will never meet.
