Mandya: With Mandya Zilla Panchayat (ZP) bagging the prestigious Panchayat Puraskar-2020 Award given by Government of India, members of the District Unit of Karnataka State Government Employees Association felicitated Mandya ZP CEO Yalakkigowda here recently.

Speaking after receiving the felicitation, Yalakkigowda said that the credit for the award must go to all the officials who strived for achieving excellence. Stressing on the need for all Taluk Panchayats and Gram Panchayats to work towards achieving cent percent progress in respect of Rural Development, Swachh Bharat Mission, MNREGS and such other areas, he said that a perfect co-ordination among all concerned departments holds key for meeting set targets.
