Theatre can connect with people easily: Theatrist Mandya Ramesh

Bylakuppe:“Theatre has the language that can reach to the hearts of everyone easily,” opined cine actor and theatrist Mandya Ramesh.

He was speaking at the valedictory of the children’s summer camp organised by Karnataka Green Kids Samskruthika Seva Trust at Sai Bhavan in  Bylakuppe recently.

Maintaining that the theatre has the power to understand any language, he stressed on the need for further expanding the horizons of Kannada language and literature.

Highlighting that children should be taught cultural values during childhood itself, he said that Natana Rangashale in Mysuru is conducting a one-year training course in acting and theatre. The Rangashale is providing free training to children from poor economic background, he added.

Small screen actress Meenakshi, TP President Nirupa Rajesh, K.N. Somashekar, B.M. Shivaswamy, DSS leader Arunaiah, International Youth awardee Anil Kumar and others were present.s
