No visitors allowed to Suttur Mutt

Every year, hundreds of devotees including dignitaries and general public used to visit Suttur Mutt at the foot of Chamundi Hill on Ayudha Puja and Vijayadashami to seek blessings from the Swamiji, but this year, entry has been restricted to the Mutt due to Corona pandemic. Daily puja and other rituals will be conducted at the Mutt as per the tradition, but public are not allowed to visit and participate in the events, according to a release from Mutt Manager S.V. Shivanna.
