SWR Mysuru Division to run MEMU and DEMU passenger trains from tomorrow

Mysuru: South Western Railway (SWR), Mysuru Division, has decided to run the following MEMU and DEMU unreserved train services over Mysuru division with effect from 4.1.2021 and up to until further advice. 

The MEMU and DEMU trains run six days a week except Sunday. Passengers are appealed to strictly follow all norms of State and Central Government regarding COVID-19 in the trains and at Railway Stations. Other precautions associated with COVID-19 should also be ensured. 

The details of MEMU and DEMU trains are as follows:  

1. Train No. 06255 KSR Bengaluru – Mysuru MEMU will have a composition of 16 CARS. Departure KSR Bengaluru at 19.00 hrs and arrives in Mysuru at 22.10 hrs. 

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Krishnadevaraya Halt, Nayandahalli, Jnana Bharati, Kengeri, Hejjala, Bidadi, Ketohalli Halt, Ramanagara, Channapatna, Settihalli, Nidaghatta Halt, Maddur, Hanakere, Mandya, Yeliyur, Byadarahalli, Chandagiri Koppal Halt, Pandavapura, Srirangapatna and Naganahalli. 

2. Train No. 06256 Mysuru – KSR Bengaluru MEMU will have a composition of 16 CARS. Departure Mysuru at 06.10 hrs and arrives in KSR Bengaluru at 09.15 hrs. 

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Naganahalli, Srirangapatna, Pandavapura, Chandagiri Koppal Halt, Byadarahalli, Yeliyur, Mandya, Hanakere, Maddur, Nidaghatta Halt, Settihalli, Channapatna, Ramanagara, Ketohalli Halt, Bidadi, Hejjala, Kengeri, Jnana Bharati, Nayandahalli and Krishnadevaraya Halt. 

Consequent upon the running of the above train with effect from 4.1.2021, the services of Train No. 06557/06558 Bangarpet-Mysuru-Bangarpet MEMU train is cancelled with effect from 4.1.2021. 

3. Train No. 06257 KSR Bengaluru – Mysuru MEMU will have a composition of 16 CARS. Departure KSR Bengaluru at 09.20 hrs and arrives in Mysuru at 12.45 hrs.

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Krishnadevaraya Halt, Nayandahalli, Jnana Bharati, Kengeri, Hejjala, Bidadi, Ketohalli Halt, Ramanagara, Channapatna, Settihalli, Nidaghatta Halt, Maddur, Hanakere, Mandya, Yeliyur, Byadarahalli, Chandagiri Koppal Halt, Pandavapura, Srirangapatna and Naganahalli. 

4. Train No. 06258 Mysuru – KSR Bengaluru MEMU will have a composition of 16 CARS. Departure Mysuru at 13.45 hrs and arrives in KSR Bengaluru at 17.00 hrs. 

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Naganahalli, Srirangapatna, Pandavapura, Chandagiri Koppal Halt, Byadarahalli, Yeliyur, Mandya, Hanakere, Maddur, Nidaghatta Halt, Settihalli, Channapattana, Ramanagaram, Ketohalli Halt, Bidadi, Hejjala, Kengeri, Jnana Bharati, Nayandahalli and Krishnadevaraya Halt.  

DEMU trains

5. Train No.06281 Yasvantpur – Hassan  DEMUwill have a composition of 8 CARS. Departure Yasvantpur at 09.40 hrs and arrives in Hassan at 13.00 hrs.

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Chikbanavar, Soldevanahalli, Nelamangala, Solur, Thippasandra, Kunigal, Yediyuru, B.G.Nagar, Hirisave, Shravanabelagola, Channarayapatna, D. Samudravalli and Shantigrama. 

6. Train No.06282 Hassan – Yasvantpur DEMU will have a composition of 8 CARS. Departure Hassan at 14.15 hrs and arrives in Yasvantpur at 18.20 hrs. 

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Shantigrama, D.Samudravalli, Channarayapatna, Shravanabelagola, Hirisave, B.G.Nagar, Yediyuru, Kunigal, Thippasandra, Solur, Nelamangala, Soldevanahalli and Chikbanavar. 

Consequent upon the running of the above train with effect from 4.1.2021, the services of Train No. 06579/06580 Yasvantpur-Hassan-Yasvantpur DEMU train is cancelled with effect from 4.1.2021. 

7. Train No.06275 Yasvantpur – Arsikere DEMU will have a composition of 8 CARS. Departure Yasvantpur at 09.20 hrs and arrives in Arsikere at 13.00 hrs. 

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Chikbanavar, Soldevanahalli, Golhalli, Bhairanayakanahalli, Dodbele, Muddalinganahalli, Nidavanda, Dobbspet Halt, Hirehalli, Kyatsandra, Tumakuru, Heggere Halt, Mallasandra, Gubbi, Nittur, Sampige Road, Ammasandra, Banasandra, Aralaguppe Halt, Kardi, Banashankari Halt, Tiptur, Shri Sharada Nagar, Honnavalli Road and Adihalli.

8. Train No 06276 Arsikere – Yasvantpur DEMU will have a composition of 8 CARS. Departure Arsikere at 14.00 hrs and arrives in Yasvantpur at 17.45 hrs. 

Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Adihalli, Honnavalli Road, Shri Sharada Nagar, Tiptur, Banashankari Halt, Kardi, Aralaguppe Halt, Banasandra, Ammasandra, Sampige Road, Nittur, Gubbi, Mallasandra, Heggere Halt, Tumakuru, Kyatsandra, Hirehalli, Dobbspet, Nidavanda, Muddalinganahalli, Dodbele, Bhairanayakanahalli, Golhalli, Soldevanahalli and Chikbanavar, according to a press release from the Divisional Commercial Manager and Sr. PRO, SWR Mysuru Division.
