Mysuru: A one-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Creativity and Problem Solving was conducted at SDM-IMD in city recently.

Dr. R. Jagadeesh, Dean – Academics, and Professor of Operations Management, guided the participants from various industries on different aspects of creativity and discussed the problem solving methods. The programme included topics such as basic elements for understanding creativity, problem solving, and creative problem solving and their implications for managing change.

In addition, self-assessment about being creative, barriers to creativity, enabling creativity to improve business, were also discussed through classroom lectures, presentations, games, hands-on exercises and case studies.
