‘Parva’ at Kalamandira from Mar. 12 to 14

‘Parva,’ a well-known novel by Dr. S.L. Bhyrappa that has been adapted into theatre, will be staged at Kalamandira on Hunsur Road in city from Mar. 12 to 14 at 10 am. In a press release here, Rangayana Director Addanda C. Cariappa said the drama has been directed by noted theatre personality Prakash Belawadi.

Of the total seating capacity, 130 seats are booked by Dr. S.L. Bhyrappa Sahitya Prathistana by paying Rs.1,000 per seat. Other seats are sold at Rs.500. For general public, it is priced at Rs.250 per seat. Advance booking has already started. Meanwhile, this play will be staged at Bhoomigeeta in Rangayana premises from Mar. 25.

It will be staged in episodes on Mar. 23, 26 and 27 daily at 6.30 pm. The duration of play is 2 hours and 30 minutes. On Mar. 28 at 10 am, the play will be staged in full and this will continue every week. While ticket is priced
