Mysore/Mysuru: JSS Science & Technology University (JSS STU), Mysuru, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anthem Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.

From Anthem Biosciences, Dr. Ajay Bhardwaj, Chief Executive Officer, B.R. Prasad, Chief Manager and Head, QC and AR&D and Dr. Ganesh Sambasivam, Chief Scientific Officer, were present during the occasion and from JSS STU, Prof. Dr. S.A. Dhanaraj, Registrar, Dr. P. Mallu, Dean-Science, Dr. S.B. Kivade, Principal & Dean-Engineering, Dr. Manoj Kumar, Dean-Academic, Dr. P. Nagesh, Dean-Management, Dr. B.S. Harish, Deputy Registrar, Prof. M.S. Maheshan, Assistant Registrar and Dr. M. Pradeep, Placement Officer, attended the event.

The collaboration will foster a culture of engaging in a symbiotic relationship, society benefits from a trained workforce answering today’s most pressing challenges and creating technologies to improve lives.

This MoU facilitates various application in the fields regarding cooperation in the exploration, education, skill development & placement trainings, framing academic curriculum, R&D and other services. ‘Anthem’ and ‘University’ will facilitate services dedicated to enabling and sustaining global research efforts in the discovery of new compounds by pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemicals, agriculture chemicals and material science companies. 

This is done by leveraging the company’s core competencies in organic synthesis, process development, analytical chemistry, discovery biology and regulatory compliance.
