CET exam: Police issue prohibitory order around all exam Centres in city

With the CET-2021 exam scheduled to take place on Aug. 28 and 29, the City Police have enforced prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC in 200 Mt. radius around all the exam centres in the city on both the days for ensuring smooth conduct of the exam.

The exam is scheduled to take place at 19 Centres spread across the city. The ban orders will be in place from 6 am till 6 pm on both the days and all the photo copy shops in the vicinity of all the exam Centres have been ordered to shut down on both the days. Also, other than the examinees and the exam staff, no unauthorised person will be allowed entry to the exam centres, stated the press release.
