Mohammad Idrees Bhat has been awarded Ph.D in Computer Science by University of Mysore (UoM) for his thesis ‘Segmentation and recognition of Devanagari text’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. B. Sharada. G. Manjunatha has been awarded Ph.D in Economics and Co-operation by UoM for his thesis ‘Asymmetric information and Indian financial markets – An econometric analysis’ [Guide: Dr. M. Mahesha].
