P. Sumalatha has been awarded Ph.D in Microbiology by the University of Mysore (UoM) for her thesis ‘Studies on mycotoxigenic fungi associated with Zingiber officinale and Allium cepa produced from Karnataka’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. P.K. Maheshwar.
