Students sensitised on drug abuse

Bylakuppe: International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking was observed at Central School for Tibetans Cvp, Bylakuppe here this morning.

School Principal A.K. Sundriyal briefed the importance of the day and cautioned the students about the bad effect of drugs which is very dangerous for human life.

T. Choephel (T.G.T.Sc.), elaborating about the drug substance, sensitised the students about the side-effects of drugs.  A large number of students, who participated in this event, took a pledge not to use  drugs. Various placards designed by students were displayed on the occasion.
