House burgled in Rajiv Nagar

Mysuru: In a reported incident, burglars who broke open into a house in Rajiv Nagar, have decamped with Rs. 3 lakh cash.

The burglary has taken place in the residence of Mohammad Aslam, a resident of Rajiv Nagar 2nd Cross.

Mohammad Aslam had gone to Ooty along with his family members on June 27. Burglars who gained entry into the house by forcing open the door, looted Rs. 3 lakh cash kept in an almirah. The burglary came to light when Aslam returned home on June 29.

Udayagiri Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
