Kamalakshi (86), retired CFTRI employee and a resident of Gokulam, passed away yesterday evening at a private hospital in city, following brief illness.

She leaves behind a brother and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral was held at the CSI Cemetery on Mahadevapura Road in Gandhinagar today, according to family sources.
