The Department of Women and Child Development has invited applications from children aged between 5 and 18 years for presentation of District-level Hoysala and Keladi Chennamma Awards (2021-22). Children who have displayed exemplary achievement in any field including innovation, scholastic, sports, arts, culture and music field are eligible to apply.

Applications can be obtained at the Department Office in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Mysuru and the filled in forms must be submitted along with copies of award winning certificates, article/news about them published in any newspaper and passport size photos before July 29. Those who are submitting applications in Kannada language must submit it along with all necessary documents through a spiral binding.
