The Women and Child Develop-ment Department has invited applications from children aged between 6 and 18 years for presentation of District-level Hoysala and Keladi Chennamma Awards for the                                                     year 2022-23.

Children who have displayed exemplary (innovation and scholastic) achievement in any field, including sports, arts, culture and music, are eligible to apply. Supporting documents of the children’s achievements like certificates, article/ news about them published in any newspaper must also be submitted along with the application form.

Prescribed application form can be obtained at the office of the Deputy Director, Women and Child Development Department, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Mysuru-17. It should be filled in Kannada and submitted before Sept. 23 along with two passport size photographs, all necessary documents arranged in order and spiral-bound together and attested by gazetted officer.
