Free skill training in food production

The Food Craft Institute, Mysuru, in association with the Department of Tourism, has organised a short-term training under Skill Development Scheme. Candidates who are willing to start jobs in food production, bakery and confectionery fields will be trained at the Food Craft Institute, Kannada Karanji Building, 1st Floor, Karnataka Exhibition Authority premises in city. Candidates aged between 18 and 35 years and with a minimum qualification of 8th std, may apply. Training period is for 6 weeks. A stipend of Rs. 2,000 will be provided. Lunch, uniform and learning materials will be provided free. Successful candidates will be given certificates and placement assistance will be provided to get employed in prestigious hotels.

Prescribed applications must be obtained from Institute office and filled-in forms, along with five recent photographs and copies of marks card, caste certificate, Aadhaar card and bank account details, should be submitted.  For details, contact Ph: 0821-2445388 or Mob: 63620-18821.
