Mysore/Mysuru: The 13th Dasara Doll Show of DAV Public School, Mysuru, was inaugurated by Deputy Mayor Dr. G. Roopa at the School premises on Sept. 24. Doll Show will be open to public till Oct. 5 between 10 am and 3 pm.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Roopa appreciated the doll arrangement highlighting Talakad’s Panchalingeshwara Temples and Sabarimala Ayyappaswamy temple.

The show, organised under the guidance of Jayashree S. Murthy, CEO,  has different kinds of dolls collected from various places, Dasara Jumboo Savari with various tableaux depicting President of India, Karnataka Rathna Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar and International Yoga Day with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Cultural Fest comprised traditional dances, group songs and skits by the students.

Besides, Flower Show, Art and Craft expo by children was held. Food Mela was also organised.

School Chairman N.Sachidanandamurthy, Secretary R. Anand, CEO Jayashree S. Murthy, Principal K.R. Shobha, Vice- Principal M.S. Mangala, Head Mistress R. Nirmala and staff were present.
