Mysore/Mysuru: M.R. Suresh (76), former senior Scientist at the National Aerospace Lab (NAL) in Bengaluru, who was residing at Vasavi Shantidhama in Alanahalli here, passed away on Sunday in city.

He was instrumental in establishing the first state-of-the-art Computer Division at NAL in early 80s.

He leaves behind one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamudi Hill on Sunday evening, according to sources.
