Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, Centre of Post Graduate Studies (Regional Centre), Mysuru, has organised a two-day VTU Inter-Collegiate Rest of Bengaluru Division Men and Women Chess Championship-2022-2023 at VTU Regional Centre in Hanchya Sathagalli Layout, Mysuru, on Dec. 1 and 2. As many as 250 players from 50 colleges are expected to take part in the Championship which will be inaugurated by The National Institute of Engineering (NIE) former Physical Education Director H.N. Shankarnarayan at 9 am tomorrow. VTU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Dr. S. Vidyashankar will preside. VTU Mysuru Division (Sports) Regional Director H.C Sudina will be the guest of honour.
