The Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, has awarded Ph.D in Computer Science and Information Sciences  to K. Swarnalatha for her thesis titled ‘Compact Representation of Text Data for Effective Classification’ [Guide: Dr. Basavaraj S. Anami]

G.K. Gowtham has been awarded Ph.D in Physics by the University of Mysore (UoM) for his thesis ‘Studies on Nonlinear Optically Active Polymer Composites’ [Guide: Dr. H. Somashekarappa]
