Mysuru: “Badukalu Bidi,” a Kannada book authored by Jayaprakash Rao of Mysuru, who is also the former Regional PRO of DRDO, published by Sapna Book House as Rajyotsava publications of this year, was released by Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji of Adichunchanagiri Mutt recently in Bengaluru. Eminent Kannada scholars Dr. Sudha Murty, Dr. Dodde Range Gowda, Dr. H.S. Venkatesh Murthy and a galaxy of eminent writers were present. 

This is the 6th book written by Rao of which most of them are reprinted many times — to name it, ‘Agniya Rekkegalu ,’ a translation of ‘Wings of Fire,’ a Kannada autobiography of Dr.  Abdul Kalam, former President of India, whom Rao had served as Liaison Officer for 7 years.
