Pratibha Puraskar for scribes’ kids

The Pratibha Puraskar presentation to the children of Journalists, who have secured above 90% marks in SSLC and PUC exams, will be held at Manipal in Udupi district on July 8.  Women and Child Welfare Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar and Manipal Hospitals Director Dr. Sudarshan Ballal will take part.

Applications which reached Karnataka Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) office along with relevant documents have been considered and those without documents have been rejected. All the District Journalists Associations have been asked to inform the selected children from their respective district and make them reach the programme venue on time.
