Play ‘Kurukshetra’ by women artistes

Sri Jalavasudeva Natakasabha Trust, Mysuru, in association with Kannada & Culture Department, has organised the staging of a play ‘Kurukshetra’ by women artistes at Kalamandira on Hunsur Road in the city on July 23 at 11 am. Earlier, the stage programme will be inaugurated by Tejaswini Ananth Kumar of Adamya Chetana Foundation. Vangipur Nambi Mutt Seer Sri Ilai Alwar Swamiji will preside. Krishnaraja MLA T.S. Srivatsa will be the special invitee. Gynaecologist Dr. Poornima Madhusudan, Mysuru District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Societies Union Director B. Neelambike Mahesh, Sindhuvalli Gram Panchayat Member K.P. Nagu Kempanna, Sri Jalavasudeva Natakasabha Trust President Om Srinivas and playback singer Ananya Bhat will be the chief guests.
